  • I see You @ Ars Geometrica (july 2010.)

Ars Geometrica Pécs is a regular conference on the connections between mathematics and art. The conference is attached by an exhibition, where the participants are presenting their own ideas about the topic. My idea was to present the visual (and tonal) transient of changing the rotation speed of two ventillators. The changing rate was connected to the movement sensor, as You can see on this photo.

  • Unnecessary lights @ Synoptic (september 2010.)

The organizers of Synoptic visio-audial festival in Pécs asked me to make an installation to the Janus Pannonius street, Pécs. I think that in the cultural capital year there are too many lights in the city. With this work I just wanted to point to this fact with more, and really unnecessary lights placed on the walls and the street.

Some photos, selected from the Synoptic 2010 site:

    - leds on the lockwall

    - leds on the street

    - leds on the brand-new lockwall

    - ventillator on the guide-post

  • Placcc - Pécs (mai 2010)

The Periscope Radio were invited to install a flat in Uránváros to the Placcc festival. The festival addressed the topic of living outside the center of the city by searching for the values of it. We started a radio station called “Urán 90″, and the flat were organized for both a radio studio and an experimental living space.

Realized with Arduino + Adafruit motor shield, the controller is running on Max5.

    Realization in artworks:

"Autoscratch" - june 2010, Cologne, New Talents Biennale

    eRRe festival, Tűzraktér, Budapest, 2009
